Scott Cruze: President of Concept Property Management, Inc. is one of the few property managers in Utah with a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Westminster College. After several years of service in the United States Army, Military Intelligence Division, Scott worked as a property manager, became a regional manager, and ultimately in 2006 was offered the opportunity to purchase Concept Property Management, Inc. formerly Wasatch Property Services, LLC. Nearly every client with Concept stayed with Concept and many purchased additional properties as their returns increased. Many new and great clients have joined Concept’s team since that time. Scott has worked to foster an environment of continual improvement and instill in his team a sense of personal responsibility, running every property as if it were his own property.

Carina Fierro: Vice President of Concept Property Management, Inc. is a Certified Property Manager with the National Apartment Association. Carina consistently delivers success to our clients and residents. Her attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines is a constant strength to Concept Property Management.

Janet Rowley: Financial Controller for Concept has been caring for the financial records of clients since 1997. Her experience takes the worry out of keeping your financial records clean and safe.

Darlene Kelly is our Regional Manager ensuring that managers are trained and professionally coached to deliver results. She is hands on and solves problems to ensure success.
