Brandy Davila

Brandy has a strong background in both psychology and hospitality. She joined Concept Property Management in 2022 as a Property Manager and has since advanced to her current role as Regional Manager. Brandy holds an Associate of Science degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism. With a deep passion for enhancing curb appeal and improving properties for residents, Brandy takes pride in creating welcoming, well-maintained communities. Her extensive leadership experience is matched by a professional goal to become CAM certified and continue advancing in the property management field. Outside the office, Brandy values time spent in nature and with loved ones. She enjoys camping, paddle boarding, and relaxing around a bonfire with friends and family—often with a few games in the mix. In her downtime, Brandy finds peace in reading a good book or taking leisurely walks with her husband and their Border Collie, Penny.
