CAITLYN POWELL

Caitlyn has a solid history in property management with a decade at Concept Property Management and another seven+ years of prior experience in both residential and commercial property management. As a graduate of the University of Utah and long-term resident of Utah, she has an astute local perspective on the urban Utah market. She works as a bridge between several departments and has a strong knowledge base in operations, accounting, and maintenance. She feels strongly about doing the right thing for both residents and property owners. Family, hiking, reading & other nerdy endeavors keep her busy outside of the office.
