Dakota Ruse

Dakota is the Maintenance Coordinator at Concept Property Management,
bringing two years of experience in the property management world,
including time as a property manager and a brief stint in self-storage.
With a BS in Technology Systems from Utah State University, Dakota’s
background spans manufacturing, engineering, and metal finishing—skills
that now support his leadership in maintenance operations. Passionate about
sustainability and long-term design, he hopes to one day launch his own
eco-friendly product line. Outside of work, Dakota enjoys snowboarding,
hiking, competitive gaming, and cooking gourmet meals with his fiancée.
Always ready to help others and never one to pass up a scenic view, he
brings both heart and skill to everything he does.
