KIM SORENSEN

Kim has worked with us at Concept for over 4 years. She started as a leasing agent and property manager, which gave her a great amount of experience & perspective for her new role as Regional Manager.  The principles that guide her work are attention to detail, integrity, and empathy. Being able to put herself in another person’s shoes is a very important aspect of her job and life philosophy.  She enjoys team building, resident retention, and thinking outside of the box to solve problems. Her hobbies outside of work include: creating art with various mediums, hiking, and hanging out with her two doggos.
