SCOTT CRUZE

President of Concept Property Management, Inc. is one of the few property managers in Utah with a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Westminster College. After several years of service in the United States Army, Military Intelligence Division, Scott worked as a property manager, became a regional manager, and ultimately in 2006 was offered the opportunity to purchase Concept Property Management, Inc. formerly Wasatch Property Services, LLC. Nearly every client with Concept stayed with Concept and many purchased additional properties as their returns increased. Many new and great clients have joined Concept’s team since that time. Scott has worked to foster an environment of continual improvement and instill in his team a sense of personal responsibility, running every property as if it were his own property.
